Changes to language management on the site

I’ve been busy lately. Among other things, I changed the language management on the site: you will now see two links on each page, FR for the French version and EN for the English version.

If the links don’t work as expected, you may need to delete the cookie named spip_lang in your browser. I apologize for the trouble, but this was necessary to let Google see my English pages!
